Lost/Damaged goods:
If you are worried that your goods have been lost at some point on their journey to you, please contact us within 20 days of placing your order. Please ensure you have entered the correct address at the checkout as we cannot replace or refund products that have been sent to the wrong address. In the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged condition or there is a discrepancy in the contents of an order you have received please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.
Taxes/Duties:
For orders within Ireland and the rest of Europe there are no customs or import charges. For the UK and rest of the world your parcel may be subject to customs and import charges. Any customs duties, taxes or handing charges that may be levied in the country of destination are beyond our control and we are unable to accept any responsibility for these. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we're unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
Refunds/Returns:
